FAQ

  • Does Permanent Makeup hurt ?

A numbing cream is used throughout the appointment to help keep you as comfortable as possible. Sensitivity varies from person to person.

  • How long does it last?

Results typically last up to 2 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, aftercare, skincare routine, and other factors. A color refresh is recommended over time.

  • How long does healing take?

The color will gradually soften and settle as your skin heals, with the final results developing over approximately 6 weeks.

  • Can I get Lip Blush if I have a history of cold sores?

Lip Blush may trigger a cold sore outbreak. If you have a history of cold sores, please contact your healthcare provider before your appointment to obtain a prescription for antiviral medication and take it exactly as directed by your provider.

  • Can I choose my color ?

Absolutely! Your color and shape are customized based on your natural features, skin tone, preferences, and desired result. We will discuss and approve everything together before beginning.

  • What should I avoid before appointment ?

For 48 hours before your appointment, avoid alcohol and caffeine.

  • Who is not a candidate?

Certain medical conditions, medications (ex. Accutane), pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures, or active skin conditions may affect eligibility.
Contact me before booking if you are unsure whether you are a candidate.

  • Is a touch up required ?

A touch-up is highly recommended approximately 6 weeks after your initial appointment to perfect the color, shape, and any areas that may have healed lighter.
